I purchased my auto from Nissan and financed the sale via Nissan Finance. I elected the FinanceSignatureDIRECTPAY system which allows for automatic payment withdrawal from my bank account. Nissan Financial has been taking my monthly payments directly from my bank account since the sale was made. For some reason - they say my paper work was late I say they delayed processing it - the first payment was delayed and therefore some subsequent payments, according to them, were late. Nissan Finance has been taking all payments out of my checking account on the - of every month, none of those payment were late ( see attached payment record ). This problem is a bookkeeping issue on the part of Nissan Financial and should not affect my credit history. I made an " extra '' payment to this loan to fix the bookkeeping error on -/-/2014. Please have Nissan Financial correct the information they sent to the credit reporting agencies post-haste. Enclosed is a copy of my payment records from Nissan Financial 's web site supporting my position. Please investigate this matter and contact the national credit reporting companies to which they provided this information to have them delete the disputed item [ s ] as soon as possible. I tried to resolve this issue with your phone customer service reps to no avail.
