I am trying to file a in school forebearance request to American Education Services. I have faxed my requests to - different numbers, have spoken to numerous representatives and have received multiple errors from the faxes indicating that their fax machine line is either busy or there is a communication error. I have emailed my documentation - in two weeks. I have spoken to many representatives over the past few months who have given me so much wrong information such as wrong payment amounts, which have put me in a delinquent status. I have had several representatives tell me and encourage me to apply for multiple repayment programs that I keep getting turned down from. No one seems to know the process of what is going on here at this company. In the mean time I keep getting bills from Citizens bank billing me for - in delinquent fees that I can not pay. I need someone to check their fax machine phone numbers and emails and respond to my requests. OR have them all on the same page. The fax they said they did get they say shows only half a page. I did send a fax through my schools enrollment services department that says went all the way through. This is beyond frustrating and I need some resolution.
