Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Louisiana

I disputed the above file # - ( 2 ) times in the last 60 days. The pay status is showing account 60 days past due, also shows 60 days late -/-/2015 and 30 days late -/-/2015. This account was paid on time and paid off. Each dispute Trans Union responded back to me Investigated and no change. Well the creditor ( - - - - ) sent me these 2 letters with apoligies and a $25.00 gift card for the trouble and they instructed Trans Union to correct the account pay status as Paid/Closed and payment history - - and - See attached documents. Trans Union has refused, and still reports false information.
