Capital One Credit card department,
Capital One refuses to give me a lower Annual Percentage Rate on the interest on my credit card account which is currently at above 22 %. I have been a very good customer, made all my payments on time for one year, and will continue to make on time payments in good faith. I strongly feel that I am being treated unfairly due to a particular charateristic in my profile. When I initially made the request with a customer service representative over the phone, it took them less than 5 seconds to basically say no to my kind request, which leads me to believe that they are not truly giving customers fair treatment, and whatever criteria they are using to make these decisions is discriminatory.
