Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
I am getting - or more phone calls from Walmart Credit Department from an automated machine. My account gets paid the first of each month. They never send me any emails about delinquency. Sometimes there is a message on voicemail but phone number comes up unknown. On Monday, - -, 2015 I got another call at -. They left a call back number this time -. They gave me a live person to speak with after giving her my SSN and name. I told them to stop calling. I pay my account on the first business day of each month. They kept asking me personal questions and I said stop. If you have my phone number and account info in front of you why are you asking. They ignored what I said. I want these calls to stop. They kept asking for my personal information like address and email address.
