Contacted Ideal Recovery Services - - - - - -, FL - to settle a debt. Company withheld offering a settlement to the original creditor ( i.e., did not even present the offer ). Even once I/consumer disclosed that the original creditor would accept a settlement of at least - if presented ( per their agreement they should at the very least present an offer ) - - and another female debt collector of the company said they would not uphold their agreement with the account holder because I should have paid the bill, and not wait until the bill was stopping me from getting something. Filing this complaint due to harassment and request that my debt is settled with another collection agency or the original creditor or they uphold the agreement made between the original creditor and debt collection agency.
