Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
I contacted Synchrony Bank because I found out they charged me over $200.00 in late fees when I paid my account ahead of time each and every month. So I am being charged for paying on the - of the month instead of the -. They only waived a couple of fees. I want the $160.00 in late fees waived. This is outrageous. I have been a good customer and do not deserve this type of treatment. My acct # - has to be refunded the $160.00 immediately.
