I pulled my credit report In - 2015, and it showed a collection agency " Common wealth financial system/ NE Credit collection '' reported to - and - an account in the amount of $750.00. I disputed this account with - on - -, 2015 advising the account was not mine and on - -, 2015 the investigation was completed, advising proof of the debt was provided. I mailed a dispute directly to the entity on - -, 2015, advising the derogatory report be removed, and to provide validity of the debt/ account if the derogatory reporting is not removed. This dispute was received by the entity on - -, 2015 and as of today - -, 2015 the derogatory report is still on my credit and I am yet to receive a response from them validating the account.
