While reviewing my a -, - and - that a collection notice was placed on my report. I attempted to contact- and PORTFOLIO RECOVERY SERVICES, LLC, arguing that I dispute the validity of the debt without success. I personally contacted PORTFOLIO RECOVERY SERVICES, disputing the validity of the debt. I requested that they provide me with an original signed contract of obligation with the - as a matter of law and PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES has failed to do so but insist on continuing collection action that a s a direct result of ID THEFT and knowingly with intent to cause me economic harm placed collection status on my credit report making it very difficult to secure a meaningful job and obtain new credits. Upon belief and Information, this debt is/was as a direct result of ID THEFT, therefore, I`m not to be liable for the debt.
