Checking account Deposits and withdrawals North Carolina

I bank with Rushcard! I have yet to receive my direct deposit from -/-/2015! Its supposedly due to a glitch in the system due to a glitch! I need my money I worked hard for! My bills are yet to be paid! I ca n't keep putting them off till Rushcard decides to give me my money! Please help!
