I moved out of this apartment complex in - -. The reason was due to the lasting effects of - fires in the apartment above me. The first fire was above my kitchen area, and the second happened above the back bedroom. The events were caused by - different tenants. Due to the water damage, I lost everything and was never compensated by the - apartments, nor by the tenants that caused the fire. The unit I resided in became infested with roaches, and I had to get rid of all our belongings. The super, - -, said to me too bad you do n't have renter 's insurance. Then, I was relocated to another apartment while the repairs were done in my unit. This caused another issue ; the apartment complex wanted to charge me for the electric bill on the loaner apartment, as well as the bill in my unit. Therefore, I could not afford to pay the rent and - utility bills, so the complex evicted me. - apartment complex hired National credit systems to handle the collection process. This creditor has been reporting to all - credit bureaus for over 7 years. I tried to resolve


our office. We reported this consumer in default in - -. If there is a seven year statute period, as she states, it would end in - -.
