In - I contacted Synchrony Bank in regards a Disputed Transaction that I made with the recent payment on the account ( ending - - - It involved a transaction dated -/-/2015 numbered -, ostensibly to a " - - T- '' in the amount of $260.00. Later this was upheld and the dispute apparently was resolved in - 2015. Then there was a mix-up and I was credited with another payment, but that was resoved by action of the bank. But it was followed by another charge and there is absolutely no documentation to support this previously charged item noted and is probably another un-supported charge made by these people identified as - - T-. It just goes to show you that the information contained in the - -, 2015 letter that they felt might slip by your bank.


this - twice and now have charged another fee of $25.00 for late payment which I have protested and sent back their Sam 's MasterCard for their failure to communicate to me just what is their rationale for charging another fee for the - when they originally had upheld my disputed billing. All I got was a letter dated -/-/2015 stating that " ... your credit of $260.00 was applied to you account on -/-/2015. You can find this credit on a previous billing statement. '' This took care of the double credit but there was no explanation for the other billing -! And this has now resulted in the fourth letter regarding this matter because their recent billing included more late charges and another service charge. So, I have had no other option than to cancel this card because of your failure to service the charges made on it particularly to Sam 's Club ; and, I have now considered filing a complaint with the CFPB.
