I normally have my pay check deposited onto my rushcard every two weeks. This week when I checked the money had been loaded onto a card that i havent used in years. When I contacted customer service i was told there system is down and they were working on this. I have called 4 or 5 times. I have been hung up on and put on hold.Today i was on hold for 2 hours. I have no access to my paycheck at all. I feel this problem should have been resolved over a week ago. They have no plans on reimbursing me for late charges I 'm going to recieve for payments I am unable to make. I just want my money.
