As of -/-/- I have been dealing with the Rush Card issues, as of -/-/- I applied for a replacement card to be express deliver that was suppose to come to me on -/-/-, which I still do n't have as of -/-/-. Keep in mind they charged my account a - fee for express service. Every time I call no one helps me, hang up on me or leave me on hold for hour. I need help
