Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Florida

Ive had my rush card since -. The company decided to do a massive update on Monday - advising we would not have access to our accounts until -. then put out another notice saying our accounts will not accessed until noon that day, luckily they stayed true to their word and I was able to access my money and get to make it home that night. moving on as the days went on I noticed a lot of pending items on my transaction history and I was missing over - and not able to pay my car payment or car insurance or light bill. ive tried to contact the company via phone and through twitter with an automated response sayin someone from the company would contact me. that was a week ago and I have yet to hear from anyone. ive literally paid my money to this company for 6 years. that is - in MEMBER FEES over the past 6 years and I am missing money to pay my bills. its insane because the COMPANY OWNER Himself is abillionaire. its just sad. he can more than afford to issue ADDITIONAL refunds to all the accounts affected PLUS the money that is owed to them. ive had to stop my direct deposit and figure out how to cash my upcoming paycheck. you have the money and resources to fix the issue. get it done. I have a credit union as well but I Loved the convenience of getting paid early and with my family living so far away from me green dot access cards were great for when my mom wanted to send extra money. now I do n't know what to do and the company could care less. no one has reached out to me and I need a resolution. now.
