My netspend debit card got unauthorized transactions for a hotel in - which I do not have passport nor purchased a plane ticket..I had charges from - -.- -.i called the police as it was happening be they did not have a 24th our hot line called in the morning had card blocked was told charges was pending an they allowed the transaction to go thru days later after having my card blocked..I 've called several times an told different things an hung up on ... I am very upset I have bills do an need food for my children ... Please send a fax so I can fax documents
