Rush Card did routine maintenance to a new server on - -, 2015. It has since then not deposited people 's money into their accounts. Mine included. My husband and I are awaiting our paychecks via our direct deposit to our Rush Cards. Customer service numbers hang up on you, the website is now down ( again ) and NO ONE is calling back or reassuring that our money is safe and will be to us as soon as possible.
