It did not allow me to check everything they did wrong. However I will start by saying Commonwealth Financial Systems is a pathetic excuse for a company. The employees that represent this company are the most ignorant and hateful beings I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with! I was appalled by the lack of professionalism they presented. I was not told of the so called Mini Miranda '' notice at the beginning of my call when I spoke to a Specific representative this rep was - of the worst and I have her name and reported her which did no good I am sure. Aside from all that when speaking with this specific rep I was so hurt and disgusted by her attitude I asked to be transferred to a manager high than her she REFUSED! stating that she will take care of me I asked multiple times to be transferred she refused every time finally I hung up and just asked to be transferred


me. I also asked for an itemized bill because I wanted validation of the debt before I even think to pay a penny. They requested '' it over a month ago and still nothing has been sent to me. I have never in my life been so mistreated by any company! It is my understanding that if you represent a company one would think there would be at least a small amount of respect exchanged by the employees to the consumer. I received nothing but unanswered questions hateful and insulting behavior from the representatives and a clear understanding of who not to be as a human being. I would never speak to any individual or treat any - as they have treated me!
