I am a card holder for " RUSHCARD '' and for 10 days i have not been able to access my account due to a programming switch glitch within the company. Not only myself but - of other card holders are suffering due to this situation. We all have payroll checks Goverment checks posting to that card. the bank that Rushcard is affiliated with is -. Now my - payroll check will be deposited on my Rushcard account tomorrow and i still can not access. This has been going on since -/-/-. As it stands i can not pay my bills all services are on final notice and can not pay rent so my housing is on the line. My job is on the line cause i can not drive to work nor pay anyone cause i have no access to my funds. Can not purchase groceries i work everyday for minimum wage in the State of Connecticut and i am not really making the bills now. i have moved 3 times this year cause of financial issues and now to have my pay check just taken from me is more than i can bare. i am a - mother of - it was - children but - are grown and have families of there own.But i still have - that i have to take care of and - is -. i have been a member since -/-/- and never encountered anything like this. I call i go through the automated and get transferred to customer service just to get hung up on. i have called over 30 times in the past 2 weeks and end up with the same result Nothing. No Explaination no Compensation for the hardships that we all as cardholders are enduring at this time. We are loosing everything and nothing is being done.
