I am not the person in debt, but my sister is. I received a call today from -, asking for my sister by her full name. When I asked who they were, they said I 'm sorry I can not disclose that information. '' When I asked Why do you need to talk to my sister? '' they said It is a private matter. Can you please pass a message? '' And when I asked how they got my information they said We got it with some software. We ca n't disclose how. Do you know her? Can you pass a message? '' I then told them that I am a third party and they should not be speaking to me and then hung up the phone. They have now spoken to my sister and the company insisted that it is OK to call me, even though my name is not on the loan.
