Barclays Debt collection department,
Credit card False statements or representation Indicated shouldn't respond to lawsuit Texas
I started with disputing with credit bureau because dates were wrong and account was over seven ( 7 ) years old I Lost all disputes reason given ( it met F.C.R.A. requirements ). I was shocked the only way they could say that was if paperwork dates were falsified or FCRA data does n't require much to pass their standard. I then wrote to original creditor and got no reply. Later some accounts were taken off. it helped but some accounts were duplicates. Then after the ones remaining on report 's dates changed again so I think the company my account was sold to and then they sold to ect..was in control of dates and account numbers both changed or were removed. I Got my past seven ( 7 ) years of my bank statements and there were no payments made on those days in fact no payments were made in those ( 7 ) years
