Regarding the Rush Card. I 've called several of the customer service and corporate numbers since Tuesday. I 've been told several different stories. I 'm a single mom and my only source of income is deposited on this rush card. I lost my card back on - -. I called and reported it had been used. I made a dispute that same day and I have heard nothing of that dispute. I received a new card in - - and tried to activate it and that 's when my problems began. I received several texts about my balance. It went up and down. Now it 's at - and my new card is being declined and not recognized in your system. I 'm very frustrated as I could possibly be facing eviction as I told my rental office I would pay my rent when I got my new card since I 'm not able to go into the bank to withdraw the funds. This is very frustrating as I 'm not dealing with a private landlord who may understand. I 'm dealing with a business just like yours who does n't want any excuses and just wants there money. I 've borrowed all that I can afford to pay back. Please help me resolve my card issues so that I can get my life back on track. Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
