On -/-/2006, a car sales man from - -, - and Bank of America, forced me into an auto loan contract at an exorbitant interest rate. The name of the sales man is - -. - - in presence of the Finance Manager, told me that my interest rate is 7.99 % APR. When I refused to accept it, the Finance Manager told me, generally -, -, - and other people of -, get 3 % higher interest rates. He told me if I was white, he would give me interest rate of 4.99 % APR. He held my car hostage and told me that I had already signed my car as a trade and he told me that the car now belongs to - -. The Finance Manager told me that I had already signed the checks for $3000.00 towards the down payment and I ca n't have it back. The Finance Manager and -, told me that if I back off from the deal, I will lose the $3000.00 and I have to walk home as my car belongs to - - as I have signed on the title. The Finance manager also added add-on products without my consent, even after, I declined the add-on products. I signed this contract under severe duress from this unscrupulous finance manager and - - who threatened, intimidated and coerced me into signing this contract. I can not find appropriate words to describe the pain, humiliation, grief and suffering, - -, Bank of America and the Finance - from - - inflicted on me. Few years back I went to - - with one of my - friend. - - spoke to my friend in - and told him to stay away from me. My friend told me later that - told him to stay away from me.
