My refinancing application was denied and all I 'm asking for was a formal letter of explanation as to why. I believe I have a right to request this. I have emailed several times. I was told they have 30 days to respond and will have to through their compliance department. The 30 days have already passed so I sent a couple of emails to follow up but have not been answered.
