I have written the collection agency about a fraudulent they are reporting on my credit file. I sent a dispute to - and provided both agency my Identity theft affidavit along with my police report. The collection agency did not ignored my document and verified this fraudulent account to be mine and never responded to my request and dispute. they are causing me a lot of distress. I have been wrongly denied credit due to their false reporting and negligence
