It was sold to a collections agency because at the time I could not keep up with my payments. -/-/-, while I was - with the - -, I paid the account in full leaving it with a - balance. To this date, this account still shows up in my credit report which I feel is impacting my credit even after 4 years of the account being paid off. I was promised a full deletion of this account from my credit report, but Wells Fargo still shoes up as a derogatory account. I will submit documentation to proof that I paid this account and left it in a - balance in -.
