Amex Credit card department,
My credit score dropped, and I was denied credit, as a result, because American Express reported late payments and charges, incorrectly. They had continued to place monthly charges on a cancelled credit card. They have now acknowledged their error, and ttheir most recent submission to the credit agencies should reflect that my account has been current.
