default judgement filed and i was not properly served summons, wage garnishment order served my employer. i submitted claim of exemption. Midland Funding LLc submitted opposition to claim of exemption stating they would not be present at exemption hearing. found that to be strange begin that they felt i really owed them. I went to exemption hearing, no proof of service in documents when i inquired who was sub-served for me, original creditor was not indicated in documents. Judge said my money was to be returned to me. I feel humiliated, and Midland should be findfor falsifying legal documents, destroying people credit worthinessand making false implications to consumers employers. This would be consider a strike against me, and another strike, i could lose my job after - years.
