The debt collector is attempting to collect a debt and I am attempting to set up arrangements to pay. I 've called during thier stated business hours and each time the automated system tells me I am next in line for an available operator and then I get put into their viocemail system which states someone will call me back ASAP. No one ever calls me back and I clearly leave my name, account number and phone number. If I do n't get a hold of them by -/-/- they are going to just take the whole amount out of my paycheck.
