2 weeks ago Rushcard informed its customers that they will be having a maintenance update on - - from - to -, OK they informed us to withdraw any money from our accounts that we would need in that time frame by - ( - ) because during that time we would not be able to withdraw, transfer or deposit and funds to the accounts. OK here 's the problem it 's exactly - on - - and Rushcard is still so called updating, I had $410.00 in my account before this but now it has magically disappeared, I 've emailed them, called them and pm message them several times since yesterday - - around -, when I try to log in using Rushcard mobile app its states either they could n't recognize my card or its locked and now they 've blocked my card it states to call customer service to have your card unlocked or unblocked but when I call I either wait on phone for over - hours, or get hung up on.this is causing me a lot of anxiety and stress I have - and its making things worse for me. If you get on Rushcard fb page its a lot of people going through the exact samething as myself, money missing, ca n't log on mobile site or online site, getting hung up on and we 're not getting any answers so something needs to be done, because they 've taken my money and want unblock my card so someone please help not only me but to everyone else that 's going through this ridiculous situation with Rushcard
