Rushcard stated they would be doing a system update that would end at - Mon. - -. They have yet to finish the update and users are shut out of their accounts, funds are missing, deposits have disappeared and no one is answering the customer service lines and if you are able to get thru after a - hour hold time you are hung up on. Something must be done so that this will never happen again. People are in need of their money
