On -/-/2015, Rushcard scheduled system maintenance that would not allow me to access my funds or making any transactions between - and -. At approximately - on -/-/2015, I was notified that the system updates were delayed but ATM transactions could be done. Since then I have not been able to access the funds in my account and have not received notification of the direct deposit I was supposed to receive today on -/-/2015. I have contacted customer service by phone at least 5 times. Two of those five times a representative told me that the issue would be resolved on the evening of -/-/2015. I have also contacted the company 's - and -, along with - of other customers, to try to get answers. This is unfair and unacceptable, especially when I have a child to feed and bills to pay. Rushcard is seriously messing with the livelihood of its customers right now. I have gone over - hours without being able to access my funds.
