We purchased a new vehicle through a dealership and the dealership arranged financing through PNC Bank. The purchase occurred - -, 2015. The first payment is due - -, 2015. Today is - -, over 3 weeks from the date of purchase and PNC Bank has not sent us a payment booklet or loan account number in the mail. I called PNC Bank today, and they have n't even begun working on the loan yet ( it 's approved, but no paperwork has happened ). They can not give me a loan number over the phone, and without this information we ca n't make a payment. We had planned to make the first payment as soon as possible, but because they are dragging their feet interest is accumulating and we ca n't pay.
