I noticed a collection on my credit report I did not recall or remember. I sent them - letters and they just simply sent me a response stating I owe them the debt. Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices act there must be a contractual agreement and they have failed to provide this. Tried calling and the number was disconnected. Tried disputing with the credit bureaus and having little luck there.
