I am behind on my motorcycle payment, and understand that money is owed. I have spoken to them informing them to my situation and they continue to make 5-7 calls per day often one after another. I have no problem with daily calls as they are attempting to collect money that I owe them, however the volume of calls is straight on harassment. While I do admit that I owe them money they are violating FDCPA guidelines and it needs to be corrected.
