Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Georgia

I used Citibanks online payment system to make a payment for $20.00 and they drafted $1500.00 from my bank account without my authorization which i am currently filing fraud charges through my bank against citibank to reverse this fraudulent payment and get my money back. In addition he company will not allow me to take any forebearance which i have requested 4 times due to medical billing. Also the company will not allow me to adjust my payments in any way which will ultimately lead me to have to default on this loan. Also my bank revoked the authorization for the payment for $1500.00 that citi bank attempted to steal from me that was not authorized. I also did not appreciate - at the presidents office for student loans for Citibank tellime that that them steling my money was my fault and they did no plan on returning my stolen money.
