Encore Capital Group Credit card department,
I recently had my checking account garnished without warning for - ( which has rendered me unable to pay my utilities ) i recieved a letter stating i owed - after the fact. I traced where this came from and it was due to account from a - account i had - years ago and im fairly sure the credit limit was -.
