I paid off my credit card via a third party agency in excess of 5 years ago. I was verbally told the account would be removed. Upon paying off the debt the neither account was removed and keeps flagging as if the debt was paid -/-/-. When I speak with them they are telling me that the account is reporting correctly even though the account was paid -/-/-.
