Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Florida
I requested a payment deferral for - payment. The customer service rep was helpful in doing so. I paid the interest as they required. In - I noticed my bill was past due. I called and spoke to another rep. He informed me I had to submit a letter stating why I needed the deferral. I did as he asked. I also explained to him I was never informed. - statement is received and the account is current. I am in the process of buying a home so my credit was pulled and it shows that my account was 34 days past due for -. I called to get an explanation onto why this happened and was told my deferral was processed for - when the letter was received and it was not credited to - as it was supposed to be. Now my home loan is going to fall through and I already submitted my cancelation of lease and will be out of a home come the end of -. All of these conversations happened over the phone. No emails were sent by the company or any documents in the mail.
