I have established my credit over the last eight years and settle are open and confirm debits with all my creditors. However, I keep getting random collection letters from various companies claiming I owe some other company I have never down business with money. In this instance the company CAC ( Commercial Acceptance Company ) is claiming I owe a bank named - - in the amount of $250.00. I have never had a banking relationship with this bank or its subsidiaries. This collection agency does not provide any proof of debit or that they have the correct party, nor do they offer federally required disclosures with the notices they send.
