Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine New Jersey

I originally received a phone call from Harris and Harris ( debt collection company ) on my home phone. When I called back they said it was for my son who has not lived at our address, or in the same state, for 10 years. I asked him to call them which he did. He never got an answer. He said he has no debt, has never received a letter of collection. Now I am getting the same calls on my cell phone ( - ). I always have the same recording which says they are debt collectors and to call them. I called them today. You do n't get a live person to speak with, just a voicemail you can leave. I left the message that I would be filing a complaint against them today. I also do not have any debt and have never received any past due notices for anything. This appears to me to be a scam to collect money from unsuspecting consumers.
