BMW Financial Services Consumer loan department,
Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease California
I purchased my certified pre-owned vehicle from a reputable BMW dealership in -, 2014. I then had to take my vehicle in due to the car stalling and having to be restarted at times when I stopped at red lights or random traffic stops. I took the vehicle in this last time a couple of weeks ago as the car did not turn back on in the middle of a busy traffic Intersectin in - California. A BMW dealership had to replace the complete fuel system at this time. I asked that BMW repurchase my vehicle since it has been documented that it is no longer safe. BMW, NA only offered to make me a lump sum payment of $1500.00. I do not feel that this vehicle is safe. I do not have the resources to not drive it and purchase another one. I have tried to deal with BMW but I feel like I 'm being pushed to the side and that they are not concerned with the serious safety issue this vehicle poses. I need help because I do not want to get into serious injury or worse because of the factory vehicle deficiencies.
