Bank of America Credit card department,
Credit card protection / Debt protection Georgia
You Bank of America are grossly misinterpreting the order of - -, 2014, signed by - -, Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ), File Number -, regarding Bank of America 's ( BofA ) Credit Protection Plan that I was enrolled in to protect my credit ''. The CFPB is making all customers like me whole again. This means all fees and interests accrued as a result of BofA 's mishandling of these accounts are to be deleted from the credit reports. That is what I am requesting. I am stating exactly what the language is in Paragraph - of File Number -, and I quote : With respect to any Credit Protection and Identify Protection Eligible Customer 's Account that receives redress as a credit that decreases the existing balance or charged-off balance, the Bank shall, as permitted by law and in accordance with existing procedures : ( b ) delete the account trade line at each credit reporting agency to which the Bank had previously furnished balance information for the account. '' End quote. So please delete - ( $320.00 ) regarding me from all Credit Reporting Agencies ASAP. The balance that you BofA are continuing to report to the Credit Reporting Agencies is pure and simple illegal and a gross miscarriage of justice.
