I applied for a line of credit with - -, and this company posted an open collection. I NEVER received any notice of any debts, ever. At ANY address I 've ever used. This was also NOT my debt. They claim it to be from -/-/-, but I have never incurred any debt, anywhere. So I researched this company with HORRIFYING results. They 've been harassing, falsely opening accounts, and using illegal tactics to get money since well before -/-/-. And they 're still somehow allowed to continue operations with their multitude of consumer and legal issues being well known for years now. After finding them through -, the real struggle began. Their Cudtomer Service is ALWAYS down and the voicemail for - is ALWAYS full. Leaving no way to contact them. I had called them over and over to no avail. I had to dial in random extensions until a human finally answered. When I FINALLY got a human on the phone, I was told that I had to send ONLY them a written complaint by mail. THERE WAS NEVER ANY MENTION OR NOTICE SENT ANYWHERE OF A RIGHT TO DISPUTE, NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION ( E-ACT DATE WAS NOT FURNISHED ), AND I 'M POSITIVE THIS IS NOT MY DEBT. I am certain that complaint would fall upon deaf ears and blind eyes. I prefer to report them to an agency that will actually investigate them and their decidedly unscrupulous business tactics.
