A credit report was obtained and there was a charge off auto loan from Alphera Finanical Services reporting. The information was not complete so disputes were filed with all - reporting agencies. After several unsuccessful attempts with the bureaus to try and get this information I sent a direct request to the company asking for validation and evidence of what they are reporting to the bureaus. They responded with an acceptable letter stating that they would not send information to a 3rd party. I AM NOT A THIRD PARTY. I am also unclear how with their correspondence stating IT IS OUR POLICY TO ONLY RESPOND TO REQUEST SENT DIRECTLY BY OUR CUSTOMERS '' are the credit reporting agencies able to obtain validation of this since they are a THIRD PARTY.
