To the best of my knowledge $400.00 dollars was used on credit card to make down payment on a vehicle purchased the owner and or dealer of the vehicle promised and had a warranty of one week to buy or exchange if not satisfied according to purchaser or buyer vehicle was reposed and dealer did not comply with warranty. this transaction was opened on or about 2005.It has been more than seven years to this date. What I understand Midland funding llc bought the collection debt and has a debt of $740.00
