I started a contract with Westlake Financial Services on -/-/2013. Since then they have made my life so hard. I decided to buy a car to build credit but little did I know I was making the worst decision to finance with them. They have not reported or even tried to pull my credit report since then. I 'm constantly on the phone with them sending them whatever they need, copies of my ID my social security card everything but they do n't seem to care about it. Everytime I call them I speak to a supervisor to see what 's really wrong but all they tell me is We ca n't disclose information to you. That 's ridiculous, I pay - dollars a month for what? For them to tell me I 'm not the account holder. I 'm so frustrated with this company all they do is lie and hang up on me because they do n't want to help me. I have contacted the credit bureaus to see if anything is wrong on my credit report but they tell me everything is fine. - even contacted them and tried to get them to report but they also got hung up on. I 'm running out of options. I honestly just want to stop paying the car. I have no use for it if I 'm not getting credit. I just received - letters from Westlake Financial Services and there is - different names on them. How is that? They are the worst company I have ever been in contact with. They even told me themselves to give up, that there 's nothing I can do about it. Please help me I have payed more than half for the car already. I really think I deserve to get some type of credit.
