My mother - to call the police on - - at - in -, TN. There was a man outside her window with a flashlight walking up and down the house shinning a flashlight in every window. He was knocking on the door. When the police arrived they found a yellow card addressed to me with a number to call. I do not live with my mother and have never lived at this address. The man showed up again and asked my mother if I lived there and she has told him I do not live there. I have have contacted the name on the card asking to meet to get documents and the man hung up on me. I have attached a copy of card and believe he is a processor for Buffaloe Associates in -. I have no idea why this person is trying to contact me and my mother is getting repeated calls after telling them I do not live there.
