Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Colorado

At some point before -/-/2015 someone stole my credit card information and created a new duplicate card. While I was at work on - someone went into a - - store and charged $1000.00 onto my credit card. I found out while monitoring my checking account on - and immediately called my bank. They had even shut off my card because the thieves tried to take even more money. I filed a claim. They bank told me they would refund the fraud charges in 7-10 business days. I filed a police report and received a new card. Despite multiple calls ( - ) and assurances from US Bank that the funds would be credited to my account, it is now the 11th business day, and no refund. Also, they reported a balance to my credit bureau which I NEVER maintain. Upon contacting the Bank this morning they admitted my dispute was NEVER EVEN ASSIGNED to anyone for review despite repeatedly telling me it was under review and the refund was pending. Now when I call them again they 're telling me another ten days. They never even asked for the Police report or Fraud Case numbers which I have, yet they advertise that you 're not liable for fraudulent charges on their - advertisements. On my phone call on -/-/2015 the Customer Service agent REPEATEDLY assured me that the funds were pending a refund and WOULD BE CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT on -/-/2015.
