BMW Financial Services is inaccurately reporting a repossession that occurred -/-/-. I have spoken with them, written them letters, and - has also called them. At first I thought this was an honest mistake on their part, however, this has gotten worse after I filed a complaint with CFPB -/-/-. In fact that lady I spoke with - - brought up the complaint. At this point I believe that they are re-aging the debt in an attempt to collect it. This is in violation of the FCRA. Please see the letters and my credit report that has showed the continue to do this.
